No! All floral arrangements are hand-delivered by a local florist located nearby the address of your recipient.

Yes, you can request for a specific delivery time during the checkout process. Our delivery team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Can you do same-day delivery?
Sure, we can do same-day delivery as long as the order is placed before 5pm BJT (Beijing time).
How fast can you deliver a bouquet of flowers?
After we receive your order, we can deliver it within 1 to 3 hours, depending on local florist volume of work.
What if the recipient is not at home when you deliver the flowers?
We always call the recipient prior to delivery to ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers. In the rare case that the recipient is still not at home, we will contact the recipient to ask how to deal with the situation, most of the time the recipient will ask us to leave the flowers at the secure delivery room or security guard room of the building. In the case that we cannot reach by phone the recipient and delivery to the address is not possible we bring the flowers back to the flower shop for safekeeping. We will then contact your recipient to arrange for a new delivery time.

Yes, we deliver on weekends and holidays, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. However, delivery times may be longer due to high volume of orders, so please order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

We never send any invoices or inform recipient about the price you paid for the flowers.
