IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please check the list of cities with Ganso shops at the bottom of this page. If the recipient’s city is listed, a local Ganso shop can hand-deliver this item, subject to local stock. Same-day delivery, where eligible, or delivery on a requested date requires confirmation; an exact arrival time is not guaranteed. Regional deadlines still apply, in China time (UTC+8): eligible same-day orders must be placed before 18:00 for mainland China or before noon for Hong Kong and Macau. Taiwan requires ordering before noon on the preceding eligible Monday–Friday business day; DGPA public holidays and observed substitute holidays, all Saturdays (including make-up working Saturdays) and all Sundays are excluded from that calculation. Weekend delivery remains possible, subject to the product and address, but same-day ordering is not available in Taiwan. Exact cutoff times are excluded. These deadlines do not waive this product’s sourcing or availability restrictions.

If the city of your recipient is not listed, then the Ganso mooncake box will be shipped out by package from the nearest city where a Ganso shop is available and it may take 1 to 3 days to be delivered to your recipient.
